Frances Louise Robbins
KINMUNDY - Frances Louise Robbins, age 85, of Kinmundy, IL died September 25, 2019, at Fayette County Hospital Long Term Care, Vandalia IL. Frances was a member of the Kinmundy Christian Church, and a homemaker. She spent most of her life taking care of her special needs daughter Sandra Louise "Sis" Wimberly, who survives. In her later years, it was "Sis" that took care of mom as well as Nancy Sullens of Alma, IL, a caretaker for both.

Graveside funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, October 5, 2019, at the Evergreen Cemetery in Kinmundy, with Josh Conely officiating. Friends are asked to gather with the family at the cemetery prior to the service hour. The Rankin Funeral Home in Salem is entrusted with the family's care.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials in memory of Frances be made to the Rankin Funeral Home In Salem, IL to offset her funeral expenses. She was born November 6, 1933, in Kinmundy, IL, the daughter of the late Burdette and Elsie Rose Shaffer.

Other survivors include her son Randy R. Robbins and companion Virginia Davis of Salem, IL, along with daughter-in-law Delana K. Robbins of Kinmundy, daughter-in-law Linda Wimberly of Salem, special loving neighbors Ben and Marilyn Webster of rural Kinmundy, 6 grandchildren including Treavor and Emily Robbins, Tori Robbins and Trey Robbins. Also 4 great-grandchildren, Kyler, and Calin Robbins, Marissa Wooters and to be expected Phoenix in December 2019.

Several Nieces, Nephews, cousins and friends alike.

She is also survived by her siblings Judy (Michael) Logue, Sandra Strackeljohn, Fred Dale (Jenny) Shaffer, Patsy Keller, Dorothy Clark, Dolly (Cleon) Byers and Rosetta Shaffer.

Preceding her in death was her son Ronald Wimberly, Marion and Beulah Shaffer, Irene Shaffer, Raymond Shaffer and Gene Keller.

First Spouse Roscoe Wimberly, Second Spouse Bernard Robbins and companion for many years Ray Fuhr.
