Mark  Niebrugge
Mark Niebrugge, 68, of Spring Hill Florida, formerly of Ft. Lupton, Co., died on Jan 19, 2020 at his home. He was born on April 26, 1951, in Effingham to Lawrence and Dorothy Niebrugge.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a nephew, Coleman James. He is survived by his loving companion, Barbara Jean Olson, and her daughter, Amanda Jean Outman; siblings Daniel (Leslie) Niebrugge of Effingham, Joan (Marvin) Iffert of Effingham, Patrick (Conny) of Effingham, Ted (Terry) Of Delavan,IL, Kevin (Karen) of West Lafayette, IN, Marilyn (Wayne) Vohs of Syracuse NY, Cindy (David) of Webster Grove, MO, Larry (Gina) Niebrugge of Effingham, Karen (Gary) Trevino of Gilroy, CA, Annette (Mike) Schackman of Newton, IL, Bill(Gina) Niebrugge of Highland, IL, and Donna(Kevin) James of Charlotte NC; and 31 nieces and nephews. Mark grew up in Green Creek, and attended the Josephinum Seminary and Teutopolis High School. He then spent several years at SIU, Carbondale. Having an adventurous spirit, he moved to Colorado in 1972 and spent his entire career there, retiring from E&J Cabinets, as a project manager, in 2018. He had just retired to Florida in 2019.
Mark loved the outdoors, especially fishing, traveling through the west for new spots to cast a line. He also enjoyed hunting and golf. Mark had a great love of music and attended numerous rock concerts in the area.
Mark had a gift of fellowship and making friends wherever he went. He will be missed by family and his many friends scattered throughout the country.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
